Inspired by the sail-shaped silhouettes of Regatta, we sought to capture the dialogue between Jakarta’s maritime soul and its modern skyline. This project is more than a visualization of luxury; it is an exploration of how architecture can mirror the rhythmic movement of the sea.

In this creative endeavor, we let the coastal horizon dictate our lens. The Horizon’s Edge is a cinematic study created by Kunkun Visual, blending the fluid textures of the Java Sea with the iconic structural precision of Intiland’s masterpiece. By integrating hyper-realistic 3D environmental simulation with AI-driven atmosphere grading, we aimed to elevate architectural rendering into a visceral experience of "home."
Story
Regatta Residences tells the story of a couple who carved their own sanctuary into the super-exclusive enclave of Regatta. Here, they designed a home that mirrors their wildest dreams, set against the iconic sails of Tom Wright’s world-class architecture.
Now, their days are a seamless blend of bespoke luxury and the open sea—from the quiet intimacy of their custom-built halls to the vibrant energy of yacht parties with friends. As the sun dips below the skyline and the music rises on deck, the boundary between the city and the ocean fades away.
Regatta Residences is a celebration of a life without limits, where every sunset is a private performance and every moment is an invitation to celebrate.
Process and Solutions
Regatta Residences Film is a cinematic fusion of virtual production and advanced AI technologies. In this project, we executed a virtual shooting workflow, meticulously mimicking the precision of a real-life film crew within high-fidelity digital environments.
Rather than using generic figures, we developed custom male and female models specifically designed to embody the Regatta Residences brand. By leveraging AI for facial synthesis and consistency, we ensured our digital actors maintained a lifelike presence across every scene—achieving the seamless quality of a traditional live-action shoot. Even the appearance of Tom Wright, the world-class architect behind the towers, was integrated through internal virtual shooting, blurring the line between digital craft and reality.
Moving away from the constraints of informative architectural walkthroughs, our storyboard follows the rhythm of a high-end commercial. By drawing inspiration from luxury lifestyle films, this project pushes Regatta Residences beyond the boundaries of typical "archviz," transforming a residential showcase into a compelling, cinematic brand story.
