Xandari is our first luxury housing project brought to life through AI exploration. While cinematic animation is a common tool to present exclusive real estate, we aimed higher — by creating our own virtual female character, animated with the help of artificial intelligence.
Through this method, we not only crafted an immersive and emotionally engaging experience but also pushed the boundaries of conventional real estate marketing. Xandari marks a new era where technology and storytelling blend seamlessly, setting a new standard in the industry.
Story
Xandari is a luxury and super-premium residential development located in the heart of Summarecon Bandung. Designed by one of Indonesia’s most renowned architects, Xandari combines timeless elegance with a humble, human-centered design approach.
This unique balance of luxury and warmth has quickly captured the attention of the real estate industry. One of Xandari’s standout features is its stunning 360-degree panoramic view from the upper floor, offering residents a daily visual escape — the breathtaking natural beauty of Bandung, surrounded by majestic mountains.
Process and Solutions
For the Xandari project, we embarked on a journey of AI exploration — starting with the creation of a virtual model using artificial intelligence. Our goal was to bring a fresh perspective in presenting the values of a luxury residence, beyond the conventional.
This animation was not just about showcasing beautiful visuals; it was crafted as a cinematic experience, enhanced with a thoughtful voiceover narrative to evoke emotion and connection.
In addition to the cinematic film, we pushed the boundaries further by developing a virtual interview — a unique concept where a digitally-created character shares her impressions of living in Xandari. Through this method, we created a storytelling experience that feels personal and immersive, blending technology, design, and emotion.
